Some states require a formal NIPR appointment transaction, some apply the same rules without a formal NIPR filing, and a handful run their own authorization model entirely. NTI determines the correct path automatically, for every agency and agent, in every U.S. jurisdiction — and keeps it current as producers' status changes.

It's built to handle real volume: a single appointment or a full Excel-based bulk upload, with row-by-row status so one bad record never blocks the rest of a batch. When a producer goes inactive, NTI detects it and files the required termination on its own — no one has to remember to do it.
